The House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party is scheduled to convene a joint hearing with the Senate Special Committee on Aging. The event, under the title "Financial Aggression: How the Chinese Communist Party Exploits American Retirees and Undermines National Security," will take place on April 9th at 2:30 P.M. in the Dirksen Senate Office Building (SD-106).

The hearing will focus on the risks that American investments in China face due to actions by the Chinese Communist Party. The discussion will emphasize the need for Americans to protect their retirement savings from volatile and predatory practices linked to the CCP. Expert witnesses are slated to testify on the challenges, risks, and scams originating from the CCP’s system. They will highlight how China's growing influence poses a threat to the financial stability of American retirees.

Testimonies will be delivered by Kevin O'Leary, Chairman and CEO of O'Leary Ventures, Chris Iacovella, President and CEO of the American Securities Association, and Brady Finta, Founder of the National Elder Fraud Justice Coordination Center.
