Attention all nature lovers!
The City of Harrison has partnered with the Clare Conservation District for a City Wide Arbor Day Event on April 28th! The goal is to plant 150 new trees throughout the City and promote a healthier environment for our community.
To encourage this amazing cause, the City will be passing out free Sugar Maple and Sycamore seedlings to all City residents. However, supplies are limited, so be sure to call ahead at 989.539.7145 to reserve your tree. You can pick up your trees after April 21st.
If you're interested in purchasing additional trees or having a look through a bigger selection, the Clare Conservation District has got you covered. You can buy trees online through their website at http://www.clarecd.org/tree--plant-sale.html
Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on our environment and create a greener community. Share your tree planting photos with us by using the hashtag #HarrisonArborDay2023. Let's work together to make our city a better and healthier place for all! #CityWideArborDay
