This fall there are 3 statewide ballot proposals that voters will be asked to consider in the November election. Michigan State University has prepared summaries and analyses of each proposal and will be conducting programming to help voters learn more about the issues on the ballot.
For summaries of each proposal go to https://www.canr.msu.edu/michigan-ballot-proposal-forum/.
MSU is partnering with the Citizens Research Council of Michigan to deliver educational programming on the ballot proposals this year. Voters will have 2 opportunities to hear from experts on each topic and ask any questions they may have to inform their vote. The forums will take place on Zoom and be broadcast on Facebook live, with registration required for the Zoom webinar. Those programs will be held on October 12, at 7:00 PM, and October 19, at 12:00 PM.
More information and the registration for the webinars is available at https://events.anr.msu.edu/ballot22/.
