Shepherd Police Department issued the following announcement on Apr 14.
Our 3rd Pro Tip for a safe and successful Maple Syrup Festival is traffic control devices...often referred to as "road closed" signs.
You will see these around the Village next week. Deciding to move them, drive around them is illegal and will most likely result in a traffic citation .
If you live on the other side of the traffic control device, you are allowed to go around it to get to your home.
