City of Lansing issued the following announcement on Nov 2.
TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Starting November 4, Consumers Energy will be closing the outside lane of Jolly Rd. for eastbound traffic between Cedar St. and Pennsylvania Ave. for a gas main replacement.
Work is expected to be complete by November 12.
