Village of Shepherd issued the following announcement on Oct 27.
Trick or Treating is Sunday from 5:30 to 7:30 pm on Halloween in the Village of Shepherd. Please be careful crossing streets and going door to door. Be respectful of those who wish not to hand out treats and be even more respectful for those who do and remember to say your "Thank you's" or a "Happy Halloween!"
Drivers: PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS of ALL pedestrians as we all know how kids can be when they are racing for that next piece of candy.
REMEMBER: Trunk or Treat hosted by the Chamber will be on Wright Avenue between 2nd and 3rd Streets with that section of street being CLOSED. If you wish to park and pass out candy in this section, please call 989-828-5278, leave a message if no answer.
