Village of Spring Lake recently issued the following announcement.

In 2019, we had the force main sewer installed at the end of Cutler Street. Unfortunately, the water levels were too high to pave the south end of the street in 2019 and 2020.

Thankfully, water levels have decreased and crews were able to get the asphalt down before the rain came on Wednesday. The Village has installed a parking area on the end of the street to accommodate kayakers, anglers, or anyone who would like to enjoy the trails or vistas. As of now, we are waiting on the striping. Stay tuned to see the final product!
