City of Clare issued the following announcement on Oct 5.
The City of Clare will be flushing hydrants from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. October 10, 2021 through Friday, October 15, 2021. You may experience rust in your water during these dates – please remember to check your water prior to doing laundry, etc. Letting the water run for a few minutes will normally solve the problem.
