The Eastern Michigan University (EMU) football team has seen four of its players recognized with Mid-American Conference (MAC) postseason honors. Junior wide receiver Oran Singleton, senior linebacker James Djonkam, and junior kicker Jesús Gómez were named to the Second-Team All-MAC, while senior wide receiver Terry Lockett Jr. earned Third-Team All-MAC recognition. The awards were announced on December 5 and were decided by votes from the league's 12 head coaches.

Oran Singleton stood out as a key player in EMU's receiving unit, accumulating 639 yards on 64 catches with an average of 10 yards per reception. His season included two touchdown receptions and a standout performance against the University of Toledo with 103 receiving yards. Additionally, Singleton contributed as a punt returner.

Jesús Gómez demonstrated reliability and skill in special teams, making 20 out of 25 field goal attempts for an 80 percent success rate. He ranked second in the MAC and tenth nationally for field goals per game. Gómez set a program record with a 57-yard field goal against the University of Washington and scored a total of 87 points this season. His achievements also include being named a Lou Groza Award candidate and earning the MAC Male Scholar-Athlete of the Week on December 4.

James Djonkam emerged as one of the top defenders in the conference, averaging 9.8 tackles per game, which placed him fourth in the MAC and fourteenth nationally. He totaled 98 tackles throughout the season, including a career-high of 22 tackles against Buffalo. Djonkam was honored three times as MAC Defensive Player of the Week.

Terry Lockett Jr. provided EMU with a strong offensive presence downfield, achieving 660 receiving yards and five touchdowns on 46 receptions. He led his team with an average of 14.35 yards per catch, ranking eleventh in the MAC.

The announcement also highlighted other notable winners within the conference: Tim Albin from Ohio was named Coach of the Year; Harold Fannin Jr., tight end from Bowling Green, received both the Vern Smith Leadership Award and Offensive Player of the Year; Shaun Dolac from Buffalo was awarded Defensive Player of the Year; Malcolm Gillie from Ball State was recognized as Special Teams Player of the Year; and Kadin Semonza from Ball State received Freshman of the Year honors.
