The Eagles will participate in a total of 27 meets, with 12 scheduled for the indoor season and 15 for the outdoor season. Their competitions will take them across ten states and involve nine different athletic conferences.
The indoor season begins with a cross-state event at the Grand Valley State University Holiday Open in Allendale, Michigan on December 6. Concurrently, another squad will compete at Boston University's Sharon Colyear-Danville Opener on December 7. After a break in December, the team resumes action at the Wolverine Invitational hosted by Michigan in Ann Arbor on January 11.
EMU's Bowen Field House will host its only home meet of the season, the Second Annual Bob Parks Memorial, on January 25. The following weekend sees Eastern splitting into two groups: one competing at Saginaw Valley State's Jets Pizza Invitational and another at Notre Dame's Meyo Invitational from January 31 to February 1.
On February 8, EMU returns to Ann Arbor for the Michigan Invitational before dividing again for events on February 14-15. One group will participate in Grand Valley State's GVSU Big Meet while another heads back to Boston for the David Hemery Valentine Invite. The regular indoor season concludes with EMU attending Michigan's Silverston Invitational on February 21.
Qualifiers will then move onto postseason events starting with the Mid-American Conference (MAC) Indoor Championships hosted by Akron from February 29 to March 1. Successful athletes may advance to the NCAA Indoor Championships in Virginia Beach from March 14-15.
The outdoor season kicks off with three separate meets from March 27-29: Texas Relays hosted by Texas Longhorns in Austin, Bobcat Invitational & Multi hosted by Texas State in San Marcos, and Raleigh Relays hosted by N.C. State.

Later that month, they head back to Texas for Texas A&M’s invitational event before splitting again between Wake Forest Invitational and Georgia Tech Invitational.
As they approach May, Eastern competes locally within the Midwest region including Hillsdale College Tune-Up and Jesse Owens Invitational at Ohio State. They close out their regular outdoor season with Hillsdale College Last Chance meet followed by Len Paddock Open in Ann Arbor.
