Eastern Michigan University's women's basketball team, under the guidance of head coach Sahar Nusseibeh, has announced the signing of four new players for the 2025-26 season. The announcement was made on November 18, 2024. The incoming class consists of Adrena Gordon, Alli Zajac, Believe Tshibangu, and Peyton Hill.

Coach Nusseibeh expressed enthusiasm about the new additions to the team: "This Class of 2025 is incredibly special for Eastern women's basketball. We talk daily about what it means to be different, to be a winner on and off the court. All four of our signees are built different in the best way possible."

The recruits include Adrena Gordon from Akron, Ohio; Peyton Hill from St. Louis, Missouri; Believe Tshibangu from Courtice, Ontario; and Alli Zajac from Tecumseh, Michigan. Each player brings significant experience and achievements from their high school careers.

Adrena Gordon played at Example Academy in Frankfort, Illinois. Coach Nusseibeh described her as "a versatile guard who can score on multiple levels," adding that Gordon brings "a contagious energy" to her play.

Peyton Hill contributed significantly to Incarnate Word Academy's success in Missouri. She was praised by Nusseibeh as a "combo guard who can score at all three levels" with an impressive skill set and basketball IQ.

Believe Tshibangu joins EMU after playing at Royal Crown School in Toronto. She has also represented Team Ontario internationally. According to Nusseibeh, Tshibangu is "an incredibly athletic forward who strives to outwork everyone."

Alli Zajac comes from Tecumseh High School in Michigan where she set several scoring records. Nusseibeh noted that Zajac will highlight her ability within EMU's system and become a fan favorite due to her local roots.

These players will join Eastern Michigan University for the 2025-26 academic year and are expected to contribute positively both on and off the court.
