College Sports Communicators (CSC) announced its 2023-24 Men's and Women's Cross Country/Track & Field Academic All-District teams on June 18. Eastern Michigan University's cross country and track & field programs had ten athletes recognized, with five men and five women making the list. Among them, recent graduate Almighty Williamson was named a finalist for the CSC Academic All-America team.

The Academic All-District® teams acknowledge top student-athletes in NCAA Division I, II, III, and NAIA for their performances both academically and athletically. Those honored at the district level are eligible for consideration as CSC Academic All-America® finalists. Finalists will advance to a national ballot with results announced on July 10, 2024.

Williamson achieved his finalist status by breaking his own school record and setting a new MAC Outdoor Championships record in the 110m hurdles with a time of 13.53 seconds. He was also recognized as Men's Most Co-Outstanding Track Performer and received an All-MAC First Team nod.

Joining Williamson from the men's team were Linus Vennemann, Ronnie Brandal, Kyle Martin, and Callum Robinson. Vennemann won the 3,000m steeplechase at the MAC Outdoor Championships; Brandal received second-team all-conference honors; Martin earned Academic All-MAC titles; Robinson finished third in the 400m dash at conference championships.

On the women's side, Esme Davies and Tabatha Walford were honored as distance runners. Davies broke her program's record in the 10,000m event while earning several academic accolades. Walford also made significant academic achievements.

Alyson Davis was recognized as a sprinter for her all-conference achievements along with academic honors during both seasons of competition in 2023-24.

Field event representatives Isabella Brent and Fleur van der Linden were acknowledged for their first-time accomplishments on this list after previously being named Academic All-MAC student-athletes.
