The Eastern Michigan University rowing team achieved three top-five finishes in the Grand Finals at the Coastal Athletic Association Championships, held at Cooper River Park in Pennsauken, New Jersey. The event took place over two days, from May 17 to May 18.

Senior Reagan Fazekas was recognized as All-CAA for her performance. The team excelled in the 1V4 with a time of 8:24.632, the 2V8 with a time of 7:21.090, and the 3V8 with a time of 7:49.740. Each boat improved its timing significantly compared to their performances in 2023.

Northeastern University secured its tenth consecutive CAA title, while Eastern Michigan placed seventh overall. Fazekas became the twelfth Eagle to earn All-CAA honors following junior Lily Wilhelm's recognition in 2023.

In Friday's heat races, all boats from Eastern Michigan managed to reduce their times by Saturday's Grand Finals. Notably, the 2V8 dropped by over eighteen seconds for a fifth-place finish at 7:21.090. The team's efforts continued into Saturday when they won the Petite Final for the 1V8 with a time of 7:26.412 after narrowly missing out on advancing to the Grand Final.

The competition concluded with Northeastern leading the team standings with forty-eight points, followed by UCSD and Drexel in second and third places respectively.
