The Eastern Michigan University (EMU) tennis team has been named a 2024 Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) All-Academic Team, as announced by the national association on July 22. Alongside the team accolade, four individual Eagles were recognized as ITA Scholar Athletes for achieving a minimum grade-point average (GPA) of 3.5 or higher.

Eastern Michigan's tennis team concluded the year with a cumulative GPA of 3.502, earning the team accolade from the ITA for the fifth consecutive season. To qualify for this honor, a team must maintain a GPA of at least 3.2, including all student-athletes listed on the institution's eligibility form and factoring in all varsity letter winners.

Individually, Sabina Brichackova (Cheb, Czechia/Gymnázium Jana Blahoslava), Regina Mendez (Los Cabos, Mexico/Picacho McGregor), Andrea Quiroz (Lima, Peru/La Molina 1278/Alcorn State), and Vidisha Reddy (Hyderabad, India/Villa Marie/Edinboro) represented EMU on the list. This marks the second consecutive year that both Brichackova and Quiroz have been recognized by the ITA for their academic achievements. Additionally, Brichackova and Quiroz received their second national accolade of the season as they were also named College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District selections.

To be eligible for the ITA Scholar-Athlete honor, nominees must carry at least a 3.5 GPA and be listed on their institution's eligibility form.
