The Eastern Michigan University (EMU) E-Club Alumni Chapter has announced the induction of four new members into the E-Club Athletic Hall of Fame. The Class of 2024 will be honored at a ceremony on Friday, September 20, at 6:30 p.m.

The inductees are men's basketball icon Kory Hallas, women's basketball All-American Tavelyn James, former MLB pitcher Matt Shoemaker, and women's track star Gina Tempro. Additionally, former men's basketball letter winner Jack Brusewitz will receive the Ron Oestrike Distinguished Service Award for his dedication to EMU Athletics and the E-Club.

This year marks the 48th anniversary of the E-Club Athletic Hall of Fame. The event includes a dinner followed by a ceremony inside the George Gervin GameAbove Center. The inductees will also be recognized during the EMU football game against St. Francis University (Pa.) on Saturday, September 21.
