The St. Clair Shores Public Library is creating a colorful butterfly backdrop for the entire month of March. When patrons check out their item(s), they can choose a piece of colored tissue paper to add to the butterfly’s wings.
Do you know how many patrons visited the library in 2022? Everyone is welcome to make a guess each time they visit the library. To make a guess, fill out the guessing slip at the Circulation Desk and place it in the guessing jar there.
Children’s activities are happening too. For all of March, the library invites kids to go on a bookworm hunt in the Youth Sevices Room. Ten bookworms dressed up as their favorite characters and hid in the library. Children that find six of them will receive a small prize. And remember to pick up a coloring sheet from the Creativity Center to decorate, cut out and hang up on the endcaps in Youth Services Room.
