NAME: Kelly Dorsey
DESCRIPTION: Kelly Dorsey has been missing since the evening of September 4th. Friends and family are actively trying to find her. Kelly is approximately 5'4 and weighs 95 lbs. She has gray hair with blonde ends that is about mid-back length. Kelly was last seen at around 7:00pm off North State St. in downtown Howell.
Kelly has a Jack Skellington tattoo, a skull heart tattoo on her left arm/shoulder, and a fairy sitting on a crescent moon on her right arm.
