The City of Gladwin is continuing the process of updating its zoning ordinance. And we’re asking for your feedback (again!) on a few topics related to the design of buildings and uses. While zoning regulations can be overly technical, ultimately their purpose is to ensure the physical nature of our community reflects the goals and desires of residents as expressed in the Community’s Master Plan.
If you have questions about the zoning ordinance, feel free to attend a planning commission meeting, they are usually the fourth Tuesday of the month or contact city hall to learn more about the ordinance update process.
