Notice is hereby given that the Cheboygan City Council, at its rescheduled Regular City Council meeting, will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 19th, 2022 and at its Regular City Council meeting on Tuesday, July 26th, 2022, at 7:00pm in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, 403 N Huron St, Cheboygan Michigan for the following:
AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL Chapter 155, Article XV of the City Code RE: Historic Resources and ENACT a New Chapter 155, Article XV of the City Code. RE: Historic District.
Copies of the Ordinance are on file in the City Clerk’s office for public inspection. Public comments both pro and con are invited. If attendance is not possible, written comments should be addressed to the City Clerk, Alyssa Singles, City Hall, PO Box 39, Cheboygan, MI 49721 for inclusion in the Public Hearing.
