Of the 179 people living in Loomis in 2020, 53.1 percent (95) were women and 46.9 percent (84) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Michigan News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 10. In the 65 and over age range, there were 18 females and 21 males.
