City of Clare issued the following announcement on Mar 10.
The Department of Public Works has rescinded the "Let Run" order for all water customers in the City of Clare EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. Please discontinue the running of water. Meters were read on March 1st and adjustments will be made to the February usage utility bills.
