Shepherd Police Department issued the following announcement on Jan 27.
When you have an AMAZING Village Clerk, who does SO much for your Department, even though it isn't even in her job description...you get her coffee from Biggby Coffee of Mt. Pleasant, Bluegrass Rd.
As a non-coffee drinker you feel weird ordering a "super fluffy cloud, hot with an extra shot," and have no idea what that really even means. Chief thought a super fluffy cloud was what Bob Ross made on the Joy of Painting...oh well!
