Village of Shepherd issued the following announcement on Dec 21.
Holiday closing schedule for the Village of Shepherd Clerk's office: CLOSED December 22, 2021 through January 3, 2022. Water bill payments may still be placed in the monitored drop box and will still be picked up daily.
