Beaverton High School recently issued the following announcement.
I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible; with liberty and justice for all.
1. No CTE classes on Monday, October 18 th .
2. Did you miss out on getting a yearbook from last year? We have a few extras. They are $45 per book, cash only. See Mrs. Jorgensen in room 146 while supplies last!
3. There are still a few homecoming shirts on sale, Mrs. Hubble will be selling them for $5!!!
4. All 8th graders going on the field trip will need to report to the cafeteria area at 8:10 the bus leaves at 8:15. Those without a permission slip will not be allowed to attend.
5. Band/Choir/Color guard: The fall fundraiser is under way. Orders and a money are due October 22.
6. For those students that have signed up for the Leo Club and those that have an interest in learning more about this community service Club opportunity, please attend an informational meeting to be held Today during lunch in the library. Please get your food first, then report to the library. Mr. Govitz will be on site talking to students about the Club and becoming a member and begin planning for this year’s activities.
7. Seniors/Class of 2022: Joe Fox from Herff Jones will be here on Today to discuss graduation. Meeting will be held during WIN in the library. Send your ideas for Class motto and song to Mrs. Kintner (via email).
8. On Saturday, October 16th at 7:30 there is going to be a Fall Bowling Challenge for all fall sports teams to participate in, each fall team needs a bowling team of 5. See Taylor McCormack to sign up, registration is due by Wednesday the 13th and it is $20 per person or $100 per team (sponsors are allowed).

Event Results: Varsity Girls Volleyball won against Gladwin 3-2.
