Update Opening of School
Harrison Community Schools will be open on Tuesday, September 7th, in-person for students in grades 6 – 12.
Since we are close, but still not quite where we need to be with construction, students in grades K – 5 will begin school remotely for the first week. Tuesday, September 7th, through Friday, September 10th.
Today from 3:30 – 5:30 p.m., elementary staff will host “Meet the Teacher”. At this time, staff will be passing out Chromebooks and will follow-up with instructions to access classes. If you are unable to attend tonight, staff will be available Thursday at Hillside from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
This decision was made for the safety of the students and staff while we put the finishing touches on Larson. Again, I would like to thank the community for your patience and understanding as we work very hard to get the 2021- 2022 school year started.
