Two hearing aid dealer licenses lapsed in Macomb County during the first quarter of 2021, a 50-percent decrease from the previous quarter, according to Michigan's Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA).

LARA comprises several agencies, bureaus and commissions that influence business growth and job creation through regulation.
