City of Mount Pleasant issued the following announcement on Dec. 19.
Congratulations to the Mt. Pleasant Police Department (MPPD) for collecting 1,038 toys for Toys for Tots. The MPPD was presented the Law Enforcement Toys for Tots Challenge trophy for being the law enforcement agency who collected the most toys for the 2020 campaign. Sincere thanks to all the law enforcement agencies, residents and businesses for making this a special holiday for our community’s youth.
