Hospital Council of East Central Michigan issued the following announcement on Aug. 21.
Hills & Dales is proud to announce they have opened a lab draw station in Caro to help serve the needs of their patients and the community. On Monday, July 1, individuals can now have their blood work done at 1186 Cleaver Rd., which is the Hills & Dales Center for Rehabilitation and Pool Building.
Hours of the Caro Lab Draw Station will be 7:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m., Monday through Friday with plans to open with Saturday hours soon. There is no appointment necessary, patients are welcome to walk in and be drawn. Physicians can also fax lab orders to 989-672-0372. Caro Lab Draw Station is a full-service facility except for occupational health drug screen urine collections (for both DOT and non-DOT).
Jean Anthony, President & CEO, says, “We are always looking at the needs of our patients and the community, and a lab draw station has been on our list for awhile now. If we can make it more convenient for our patients who see our providers in Caro, or who are driving to Cass City for their lab work right now, that is our goal. We are really excited to expand this service line.”
