Eastern Michigan rowers earn spots on CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll

A total of 33 rowers from Eastern Michigan University have been named to the Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll for the spring semester of 2025. The announcement was made on Friday, July 18.

The CAA has recognized a total of 4,013 student-athletes as members of its Academic Honor Roll for this period. The conference acknowledges three levels of academic achievement: High Honors with Distinction for those with a 4.0 GPA, High Honors for GPAs between 3.7 and 4.0, and Honors for GPAs ranging from 3.0 to 3.7.

Among the honorees, eight Eastern Michigan rowers achieved High Honors With Distinction: Gabrielle Charvat, Tiffany Chen, Tara Cuso, Julia Johnson, Ellie Latunski, Maggie Muller, Natalie Prairie, and Carly Summers.

Additionally, ten athletes were recognized under High Honors: Maia Balderson, Emma Chappelle, Delani Fisher, Sydney Junkans, Abbi Lauth, Julia Maxwell, Taylor Meltzer, Lindsey Pfile, Ella Warrick and Lily Wilhelm.

Fifteen rowers received recognition in the Honors category: Stella Balcom, Kat Childs Alivia Dishon Abby Donahue Kristen Ford Megan Fowler Eleanor Kissel Madison Lisitsin Emily Maclntyre Kendall Moore Bryah Moriarty Tatum Nettle Alice Schmidt Emma Wyss Abigail Zola

To qualify for the Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll student-athletes must participate in a CAA-sponsored sport maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 during the academic term and be enrolled full-time
