Eastern Michigan University (EMU) will host "Hats Off to You" Day on Friday, April 11. The day features multiple athletic events, including tennis, baseball, and lacrosse matches, culminating in the annual football spring game. All events will take place on the university's Ypsilanti campus.

For fans attending, the day's schedule kicks off with tennis at 1 p.m. against Northern Illinois at the Chippewa Club. Baseball follows at 2 p.m. with the Eagles facing Toledo at Oestrike Stadium. This game coincides with National Pet Day, and fans are encouraged to bring their dogs to "Bark in the Park," though pets are not allowed at the tennis event. At 3 p.m., the lacrosse team plays Oregon at Scicluna Field. The football spring game begins at 6:30 p.m. at Rynearson Stadium.

The university will give away Block E snapback hats at marketing tables during the tennis, baseball, and lacrosse events. To be eligible for a Block E adidas hoodie, attendees need to visit all three events and collect punches on a card, which they can then submit at the spring game.

Parking is available at Rynearson parking lots on the west side of Hewitt Road, ideally located for the day's events. A gate between the Rynearson lot and the Chippewa Club will be open for easy access.

The football program will hold a book drive to support Ypsilanti Community Elementary Schools, inviting attendees to donate children's books. Fans can also join an Alumni Social at the Incarnati Athletic Center from 6 p.m to 8 p.m., with RSVPs required. Season ticket options, including various packages and seating plans, will be available at the spring game, with incentives for those who purchase on the day.

Halftime at the football game will feature fun activities, including a Tug-of-War and an obstacle course challenge for parents of team players. Post-game, there will be an opportunity for fans to get autographs from the team.

Hopeful attendees can secure their tickets online, by phone, or in person at the EMU Ticket Office.
