The Eastern Michigan University gymnastics team is set to compete in the Mid-American Conference Championships on Saturday, March 22, at McGuirk Arena in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. The event will be hosted by Central Michigan University and will begin at 2 p.m.

Eastern Michigan's gymnasts are scheduled to perform on bars in Rotation 1, beam in Rotation 2, floor in Rotation 4, and vault in Rotation 6. They will have breaks during Rotations 3, 5, and 7. Fans can watch the meet live on ESPN+ or follow along with live results available through links on the EMU gymnastics schedule page.

Three members of the Eastern Michigan team have been named All-MAC: Raisa Boris (First Team, Beam), Alana Fisher (Second Team, Beam), and Kyrie Lowe (Second Team, Bars). This marks the first time since 2015 that three Eagles have received All-MAC honors in a single season.

Eastern leads the MAC in beam with a National Qualifying Score (NQS) of 48.970. Raisa Boris holds the top spot individually with a NQS of 9.850. Alana Fisher ranks second with a NQS of 9.450, while Ella Chemotti is fourth with a NQS of 9.835.

Senior Alana Fisher has achieved a career-high score of 9.875 on beam twice this season and earned her first career event win on beam. Sophomore Abby Brushwood has excelled on floor exercises, achieving scores of at least 9.800 in nine consecutive meets.

Freshman Analiah Solorio has contributed solid performances on bars for EMU throughout her debut season. Senior Raisa Boris recorded a season-best all-around score of 39.300 earlier this year.

Eastern Michigan produced its highest team score of the season—195.775—on February 27th thanks to strong performances across multiple events.

In their last meeting against Central Michigan on February 14th, senior Ella Chemotti scored a notable 9.925 on beam—the fourth-best mark ever for EMU in that event—and sophomore Abby Brushwood posted an impressive floor routine score as well.

The Eagles managed to narrowly defeat preseason favorite Ball State twice this season but were picked fifth overall by coaches' polls before starting competition this year—a position they also held when winning back-to-back championships previously under similar circumstances back then too!

Looking ahead beyond MACs themselves though: select student-athletes may advance into NCAA Regionals taking place April between different locations nationwide such as Salt Lake City Utah Seattle Washington Tuscaloosa Alabama University Park Pennsylvania; culminating finally together later mid-April down south Fort Worth Texas where championship titles ultimately decided amongst top contenders gathered therefrom around country alike once more anew altogether...
