Eastern Michigan University's men's basketball team is set to make its first appearance in the Mid-American Conference (MAC) Tournament since 2020. The Eagles secured their spot with an 83-79 victory over Ohio University on March 4 and will compete at Rocket Arena in Cleveland for the first time since 2018.

The tournament seeding will be finalized on Friday, March 7, and Eastern Michigan will participate in the quarterfinal round on Thursday, March 13. This marks a significant step in their pursuit of a MAC Championship and an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.

Fans are encouraged to support the team by purchasing tickets through EMU Athletics. "By doing so, fans will receive: guaranteed seating within the official EMU fan section, the opportunity to directly support EMU student-athletes and the athletics program, convenient mobile ticket delivery prior to game day," according to EMUEagles.com.

Ticket prices for the quarterfinal session on March 13 are $43 for adults and $15 for students. Each ticket grants access to the full men's quarterfinal session. If Eastern Michigan advances, tickets for semifinal and championship games will also be available through EMU with similar seating benefits.

The MAC Tournament runs from March 13-15 and features eight top teams competing for postseason success and a place in the NCAA Tournament.

Tickets can be purchased by calling 734.487.3669 or online at EMUEagles.com/tickets.

Rocket Arena has specific bag policies: backpacks, large bags/purses larger than 14" x 14" x 6", or sealed packages are not allowed inside.

Availability is limited, so purchasing through EMU ensures seating among fellow Eagles fans as they aim to turn Cleveland green and white.
