EMU baseball announces promotional schedule for upcoming home games

Eastern Michigan University's baseball team has unveiled its promotional schedule for the 2025 season. The Eagles will host their home-opening series against Miami University RedHawks from March 21 to 23 at Oestrike Stadium, marking the start of a season featuring 17 home games.

Each game this year will include a unique promotion, starting with Decades Weekend on March 21. Fans attending games can purchase Block E Chairbacks for $30 to enhance their seating comfort throughout the season.

Season-long promotions include Baseball Bingo, where winners receive an Eastern Prize Pack, and incentives for returning foul balls. Signature Saturdays allow fans to have their schedule posters signed by team members, while Sunday Run Days offer opportunities to run the bases post-game.

Promotional highlights include "Home Opener 80's Day" on March 21 with trivia contests and giveaways. Subsequent days feature themes such as "90's Day," "2000's Day," and various themed events like "Eagle Nation Game," "Salute to Service Game," and "Bark in the Park."

Other notable dates include Earth Day celebrations on April 22, Mental Health Awareness Day on May 2, and Star Wars-themed activities on May 4. The regular season concludes with Alumni Day celebrating the 50th anniversary of EMU’s NCAA CWS Team and Senior/Fan Appreciation Day on May 17.

The Eagles are set to begin conference play against Akron Zips from March 7-9 in Ohio.
