The Eastern Michigan University men's golf team concluded their participation in the Lake Las Vegas Invitational, securing 12th place. The event took place from February 24 to 26 at Reflection Bay Golf Club in Henderson, Nevada. The Eagles finished with an overall score of 18-over-par 882 on the par-72, 7,204-yard course.
Rory McDonald-O'Brien led the team by tying for 28th place with a score of 1-over-par 217 over three rounds. This performance marked his second-lowest tournament score of the season. Daniel Robles Delval and Tim Chan both tied for 42nd place with scores of 5-over-par 221.
James Baxter ended the tournament tied for 56th at 8-over-par, while Pietro Fenoglio finished tied for 89th at 22-over-par. Competing as individuals, Matthew Rastogi and Lucas Hughes placed tied for 84th and in 91st position respectively.
Looking ahead, the Eagles will participate in the Desert Mountain Intercollegiate hosted by the University of Michigan from March 7 to March 8 in Scottsdale, Arizona.
