All-Academic Teams for the 2024 NCAA Division I Men's and Women's Track & Field seasons were announced on Monday, July 15 by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). Both the Eastern Michigan men's and women's teams made the list, along with nine student-athletes.

To qualify as a team, a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale is required, including the most recent grading period, certifiable by either an NCAA Faculty Representative, NCAA Compliance Coordinator, or Registrar's Office.

The men's team was named to the list with a 3.26 cumulative GPA in the 2023-24 season, along with six individual honorees. Individual qualifications require a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale, including the most recent grading period.

For indoor season qualification: athletes must have finished ranked in the top 96 in any championship individual event or in the top 48 in any championship relay event for the most recent indoor season.

For outdoor season qualification: athletes must have participated in any round of the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships or finished ranked in the top 48 in their region for multi-events.

Individual honorees from the men's team include Ronnie Brandal, Brendan Hill (Huber Heights, Ohio/Wayne), Ryan Johnson (Springboro, Ohio/Springboro), Jake McEachern (Lloydminster, Alberta/Lloydminster Comprehensive), Callum Robinson, and Almighty Williamson.
