The Harrison Chamber of Commerce is currently taking SEALED bids for the sale of their 20'x24' building located at 809 N. First Street, Harrison MI, 48625. All bids must be received by 3:00 pm on Monday, July 25, 2022.
Bids for the building can be dropped off at their new location at 426 N. First Street, Suite 103, Harrison, MI 48625 (Monday through Friday between 10:00 am and 3:00pm). All bids must be sealed with the bidders name and phone number written in legible manner on the submitted bid.
A live bid reading will take place on Tuesday, July 26. 2022 at the Harrison Chamber of Commerce at 1:pm EST. The building will go to the highest bidder. If two bids are identical, the first bid received will be awarded the building. The minimum bid is $10,000. The purchaser is responsible for payment of the building by August 15, 2022 and for moving the building from the lot no later than August 31st, 2022, obtaining all required permits.
