Of the 1,676 people living in Lake Isabella in 2020, 47.6 percent (797) were women and 52.4 percent (879) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Michigan News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 83. In the 65 and over age range, there were 218 females and 221 males.
