Consumers Energy has informed the City of Gladwin with the following information:
There is a scheduled electric interruption in Gladwin County that affects residents in the City of Gladwin, Sherman, Butman, Sage, and Gladwin townships.
Work will be done to replace a failed piece of equipment on April 23rd (backup date of April 30th) from 11 pm until approximately 4 am on the 24th of April.
We apologize for this interruption in power as we work toward improving the reliability and safety of our equipment.
