City of Lansing Public Service Department issued the following announcement on Mar 10.
Traffic Advisory: Starting the week of March 14, Lansing Board of Water & Light will close the following:
-The parking lane and one traffic lane on Grand Avenue at Washtenaw Street
-The parking lane on Washtenaw Street at Grand Avenue
Work is expected to last until approximately early July.
