Shepherd Public Schools issued the following announcement on Sept 30.
Today at Shepherd Public Schools, all fourth and fifth graders were treated to a "Day-at-the-Farm." Hats off to Joe and Beth Bryant as well as Cathy McCune and all the group leaders and docents who gave our students such an amazing farm experience! What a tremendous experience for all these students! The expectations Shepherd teachers have for respectful and appropriate behavior is dearly appreciated and noted. One group leader commented on how respectful and well-behaved the SPS students are.
