Of the 2,063 people living in Lake Isabella in 2019, 45.2 percent (932) were women and 54.8 percent (1,131) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Michigan News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 664-to-526. In the 65 and over age range, there were 176 females and 226 males.
