City of St. Clair Shores issued the following announcement on Oct. 1.
The City of St. Clair Shores Family Rental Program is accepting applications for available rental homes. Applicants’ incomes must be in accordance with the current HUD Family Size and Income Guidelines by being low to moderate-income.
Applications will be accepted from October 1, 2020, at 8:00 AM to October 30, 2020, at 4:00 PM. All applications must be returned and completed to be considered for the rental unit. Only completed applications will be considered. All required documents must be included with the application. All completed applications must be submitted to the City of St. Clair Shores Community Development Department, located in City Hall at 27600 Jefferson, St. Clair Shores, MI 48081.
