Kristen Brown's campaign pays $137 to Michigan Education Association

The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Kristen Brown, the Committee to Elect Kristen Brown, paid $137 to Michigan Education Association on October 10.

According to quarterly campaign statements filed with Michigan’s Secretary of State, the following reason was given for the expenditure: 'office space for voluenteers'.

The committee has spent about $4,578 total since the beginning of the year, 3 percent of which has gone to Michigan Education Association.
