Hospital Council of East Central Michigan issued the following announcement on Aug. 26.
General Surgeon Rachel Ransom, M.D., has joined the medical staff at MidMichigan Medical Center - West Branch. As a general surgeon, Dr. Ransom performs a broad range of surgical treatments for disease and conditions, including small bowel, colon, gallbladder, and gastric reflux system. She also performs endoscopy procedures.
