Moolenaar urges Gotion to fulfill payment obligations to state

Congressman John Moolenaar has responded to recent developments regarding Gotion and its contract with the State of Michigan. Following a report that the Michigan Department of the Attorney General is requiring Gotion to pay funds owed after being found in default, Moolenaar issued a brief statement: “Pay up.”

Moolenaar has represented Michigan’s 2nd district in the U.S. Congress since 2015, succeeding Dave Camp. He previously served in both the Michigan House of Representatives and the Michigan Senate before his election to Congress. Born in Midland, Michigan, in 1961, Moolenaar currently resides in Caledonia.
