Isabella County had one gas station selling premium gas at the lowest price of $4.80 per gallon during the week ending Mar. 28, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.
Countywide, premium gas averaged $5.12 per gallon.
Among 36 gas stations in cities within Isabella County, 26 offered premium gas.
Across Michigan, the average reported price for a gallon of premium gas rose to $5.08, compared to the week before.
U.S. gas prices continue to decline after reaching their lowest level since 2021, according to GasBuddy. The group projects the national average could dip below $2.80 per gallon during the holiday period, driven by increased oil production and lower seasonal demand.
